Hi there! I'm Filip Werbrouck, the Founder and Managing Director of StepWyse BV.

 

My professional journey began in 1990 as a Project Leader at Kraft Jacobs Suchard, where I gained experience in implementing Advanced Planning Systems.

​

In 1994, I joined Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant, focusing on Supply Chain process re-engineering.

​

After my time as an Executive Director at E&Y, I decided to establish StepWyse BV in 2003 offering top-notch Project Management Consulting and Business Process Re-engineering services.

​

As a Project Manager and Management Consultant, I find my sweet spot at the crossroads of data, systems, processes, people, and governance within Supply Chain and Operations. I excel in helping my clients to adapt traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies to best suit their unique needs and organizational culture.
